Canada: Small Change Fund

Small Change Fund connects people through grassroots giving to make a difference for the planet. It was launched in Canada in 2009 and is a member of the Greengrants Alliance of Funds. As part of this Alliance, Small Change Fund engages with Greengrants on initiatives to build support for and mutual learning about small grants for sustainability and justice.

Small Change Fund describes itself as a new way to make big change. It offers a unique online gathering place for Canadians who are deeply concerned with climate change, transportation, and mineral exploration issues, among others, and want to connect with and support isolated communities across the country and the world.
