Global Greengrants Fund is proud to announce a four-star rating by Charity Navigator for the second consecutive year.
Charity Navigator is the largest independent evaluator of over 5,300 charities across the country. The purpose of these evaluations is to provide information about financial management to potential donors to assist them in making informed and effective philanthropic decisions.
Only 18% of the charities evaluated by Charity Navigator have received two consecutive four-star ratings—the highest rating possible. This recognition is a great achievement for Greengrants and demonstrates our commitment to not only practicing outstanding fiscal management, but also to growing our program and extending our impact at the same time. Over the last 15 years, Greengrants has awarded more than 4,500 grants totaling close to $20.5 million to grassroots groups around the world. The efforts of our generous donors, in partnership with our talented staff and advisors and their commitment to social change, are all reflected in our second four-star award.
