Nnimmo Bassey, Greengrants’ Nigerian advisor on the West Africa Advisory Board, was named to the activist category of the list.
Zhao Zhong of Green Camel Bell in China,
Father Marco Arana of Grufides in Peru,
Marc Ona of Brainforest in Gabon (also a Goldman Prize winner), and
Olga Speranskaya of Eco-Accord Center for the Environment and Sustainable Development in Russia (also a Goldman Prize winner).
